All emails for help and dozens of phone calls result in incompetent, unethical, apathetic, unconcerned and stubborn employees who simply will not or cannot provide a phone number to correct department. One phone number I was given was to a predatory concern who attempted to collect money for a reward card. Horrible company to deal with in any manner. Simply, they SUCK.
