Green disc spins won't let me log on.

Items disappear from cart. Site freezes and won't let me select specific color of item. Then when items seem to be in cart I am asked to sign in again, when I did get signed in the items were gone and I was asked to sign in again. I had to start over many times- now i can't even get signed in. I am worried I will have bills from Kohls that I can' t even see and will be charged late fees. By the time the site works the date will have passed for me to use Kohls Cash I accumulated
