Unable to place a Photo Order for Weeks

The photo website has been down now for weeks with no fix in sight it seems. Told to contact the store to place the order...stayed on the phone for about 45 mins going through the order and ended up with nothing. No order was placed, no apology, no nothing. A complete waste of my time. For Walmart to be such a giant in the retail industry one would think a functional website would be a priority. So sad! They really need to do a better job! Fix your website. This issue should never be a daily complaint.
