Cannot Access Cart To BUY!

I have not been able to access my cart since before Black Friday.  I don't celebrate the season, but still appreciate being able to save money on deals this time of year and called for help, but then chalked it up to them just being busy and let it go.  Of course by now I know that isn't the case and have lost out on many savings because of whatever is going on that Walmart.com is not fixing or even acknowleding!  I have tried almost every day and it's always the same message that my cart is unavailable and to try later

By now I've figured out if I delete all Walmart cookies, then I can see my cart, but I cannot edit it by removing any sold out items or save some for later either.  I'm signed into my account, with my address on file obviously, but my zip shows wrong and attempts to fix it fail too.  I've even had messages regarding restrictions sending certain items to the zip that IS NOT MINE - and dont' know aht that item might be for me either!  

I sent several messages about this, telling how I've cleaned cache and tossed my cookies; used CCleaner and MalwareBytes too.  I have tried other browsers and it's all the same.  Turned off my system and back on to nothing different.  One message I got back told me to use my mobile phone to place my order, BUT that doesn't work either!  I Googled to try to resolve this myself, which is how I found you site and see others have this same issue, so glad to know it's not me, but now what?  How much longer will this go on without it being fixed?
