I have been dealing with the exact same thing since July 2015 after I placed an order for a bed in a bag (I received). In August I tried to order my usual $200 order & the site was messed up. I emailed them they didn't even have the common courtesy to respond! I've been ordering online for the past 9yrs. I've been checking back every month & still no fix on the site. I use straighttalk cell service through walmart so every month I renew my phone card but couldnt since July when suddenly I couldn't add anything to the cart, couldn't view cart, couldn't sign in & most pages are askew as if the style sheets for the page are screwed up! I used 2 different browsers on a Mac & still no fix. I guess they dont care about their customers, Im taking my money elsewhere! I ended up purchasing my cell minutes directly with straighttalk, and started buying everything else from other websites. Guess walmart couldn't give a fudge about my measly $200 a month! (smh) Its a shame they lost & are loosing loyal customers, this will add up over time! Also there are certain items I cannot buy anywhere else for the price like plus size items, but they don't care to fix the problem or respond to my email so Im willing to pay more to another company that values their customers! Im a Graphic Designer I know any sensible business person in 2015 with an online company would find a digital fix to this issue sooner than later. This left a bad taste in my mouth & Im boycotting them going forward!
