im having this issue right now... i didn't have this problem ordering two shirts recently and now that i want to buy some jeans and shirts it wont let me purchase. I even went as far as getting on to my laptop and the same thing. I tried purchasing some shoes in December for a few weeks and i couldn't get them because of this issue. Multiple times tried purchasing re-entering information, another cc and nothing. So fustrating!
