Site unusually slow, kicked me off 5 times

Trying to download statements. Login was unusually slow, once logged in, clicked on account, said the page was not available. After several attempts, logged by in, got to accounts, then hung up again trying to get to statements. Logged in again. Got one statement, tried to get back to choose another account, page not available, logged out. After at least 4 times, managed to get information and get logged off.
Also noticed the time was listed as 12:32 am, not 12:32 pm. This could be the problem, though why you're not running a time sync, I have no earthly idea.
