Do not add the quotes when sending the text. This will give you your balance if you're signed up for text banking.
Also if you want to know what other transactions have occurred send a text to 692632 that says, "HIST CHK9999 (“the numbers represent the last four digits of your checking account number).
You'll get a list of your recent transaction history. If you still need additional transactions simply reply to the last text from Bank of America with the words "More". Remember do not add the quotes. Hopes this helps.
