Unable to log in to my account to get email or bill pay

I am unable to log in to my comcast account, therefore I am unable to receive email or pay my bill. This has been going on since Saturday.

Can't access email on Comcast site.

Just spent half an hour with a clueless customer service rep who finally found out that there is a server outage.
