I have reloaded, restored and contacted tech support a number of times over the last 2 days and had no results or help, other than being told a ticket was placed to check the problem which cannot be resolved for days. Why not hire more techs as no one expects to wait days to resolve an e-mail problem. As a retired electronics tech with a first class ticket with radar endorsement, I would have been embarrassed and probably lost a job if I could not resolve a problem within a reasonable time frame. I have worked on a myriad of problems with international ships, aircraft and businesses and never took more than six hours to resolve a problem other that awaiting parts which rarely took over a day to receive. Come on guys lets get someone who is qualified.
