Have not been able to access comcast email account for several days and keep getting message that the ID of Password are incorrect

I'm having the same problem. I have two email accounts and one of them was down off and on last week and now this one and the other one are down now. I called comcast two days ago and they said it could take 3 days to repair it. Not much help. I can access my email through the comcast website only.
