When trying to sign into email on Internet from phone...keep being directed to calendar

This has been happening to me for the last 24 hours! Comcast Customer Service is NOT helpful!
This just happened to me on 4/25/13 for no apparent reason. I logged onto my email as normal. I got to the area to click on email and when I did this, the screen went to calendar.comcast.net. First time that has ever happened to me.
When I tried to access email, I can a message stating that I had to turn off Privacy Browser before I could open it.
