unable to read e-mails.
shows "short list" but cannot open actual e-mail.
My issue has been resolved by my reading several Comcast bulletin board comments. Comcast has an app called Safe Senders but the design sucks. If you open it by mistake (what I had done) and there are no email addresses in there ((why should there beany!?), ALL messages are blocked from going into the Comcast inbox, exactly what my situation was. Going in to Preferences and closing that app solved the issue, but the Comcast chatter was No Help! And, whatever messages were blocked are not retreivable. Clearly, Comcast should bring up a warning window before you open the app. It's for parental control, but needs ITcare.
