My email was down since 8:00 AM Thursday (Jan 9), and I contacted Comcast. The representative told me tht it would be repaired within 24 - 48 hours. I have been able to retrieve my emails from all accounts since approxinately 7:00 PM.
Hopefully all of you will have your email restored soon.
