Jacksonville Florida. 17 hours last week. Internet down 4 hours a couple weeks ago. Email down again today. Tired of talking to people in Costa Rica and the Phillipines. Cant understand them.

The last email I got was Feb 3 at 9pm. No new emails are in my box for Feb 4, today.
No access to email. happening more and more.
email won't come up. Can't even see the email in my inbox previously sent. 2.4.2014 11AM est
Cannot access email again today on Tuesday, 02/04/2014. This is happening alot and now Comcast wants to charge $10 more a month if you go over their usage plan.
No email received on primary address since 1/31/14. Constant calls/chats to support get no resolution.
What can we as customers do?
This is my follow-up comment: NEGATIVE: Feb 3 email stopped arriving at 9 pm. No email morning of Feb 4. POSITIVE: Email arrived afternoon of Feb 4. NEGATIVE: This morning, Feb 5, no new email. The last message was from Feb 4, 9 pm.
Sent email is never received by recipient since Feb. 4 (No VA area)
