No email access

I can see the inbox preview, but cannot access individual emails and cannot send email. What's going on? This is happening in the Jacksonville, FL area.

Same here. Progress window in Outlook shows "send" is ok, but no "receive" on any email address. Worked couple hours ago.

I am unable to access my e-mail, as well. using the xfinity app redirects me to a page saying i am an "unauthorized user" and that i need to establish xfnity internet service to retrieve my e-mails... Considering I'm using xfinity internet service to access the web page in the first place, something obviously is wrongwith my account settings. Attempting to access my e-mail on my iPhone (which has worked correctly now for the past several years) proves unsuccessful, as well. Called technical support and they mentioned that there is some national outage going on right now, though nothing shows up anywhere on the comcast page indicating as much.

I am not able to receive or send email using my Comcast account using the internet. I love in the Atlanta Georgia area.
