Signed in today at work and no access to phone or webmail. Also, CMT TV Channel won't come on...message box says I need to add to my line up. But it was alwasy been in my line and I watch it everyday. I watched on Wednesday night 1/6 and Thursday night I couldn't access and the message box has come up everynight since. Please fix asap

Can no longer access CMT. Says I need to sign up. What is that about? I've been watching CMT every night for years.
