I, too, am having difficulty accessing my email. Calling customer service is a waste of time. Their recording at 6:00 a.m. says they are "busy". Busy doing what? Typical of Comcast. Using their on-line chat is also a joke.
Yes Comcast customer service is a joke, many time you have to call up multiple times to get the status of another issue that they are having with either cable or email. I am considering going back to DSL since Comcast service is deteriorating but this still does no help the cable issues.
