i click on emails and they never open,just get a screen with a rotating circular center pattern

I have the same issue. I can get into emai, but it has constantly shown "No Reqults Found" for the past 48 hours. I have used other email addresses to send an email to the comcast address, but it has been unsuccessful. The strange think is that I can send email.
I have not been able to use my comcast email address since jan 4th, 2014. Does anyone know what's going on?
