emails there but wont open. chat reps dont know how to fix

sent e mail report yesterday to comcast about e mail. today I can not open anything all e mails show but nothing will open. I feel the problem is with comcast please help. everything was fine until 5/22/2013??

I'm having the same problem! I received an email about free three month speed upgrade, and followed the steps on the router and modem to do that, and I suspect that has something to do with it??
