When will this be fixed? This is ridiculous!! I haven't been able to access email or my account in a week. Can't even pay the bill. Come on Comcast!!!!

For a week I have had to log in every time I wanted to check Email. Now it will let me preview email when I log in to comcast but when I go to E mail it will tell me I am not logged in. When I try to log in on the Email login in site it kicks me back to the comcast site with that dammed message of uh oh you are not logged in. This is ridiculous. I am coming very close to becoming an ex comcast customer. Xfinity must mean longer than infinity which is how long it takes comcast to fix a problem.
I have same problem. It only occurs with Firefox, and only after I installed the latest update. Might just be problem with Mozilla. I can sign in with IE. You might try that until Mozilla corrects problem.
