Connection slow and email wont send. Problem started yesterday.

Agree that email started acting goofy yesterday and I haven't be able to send email today. the comcast reps are clueless and haven't provided a solution yet
Husband's email not receiving any emails for about 2 hours now. Logged into Xfinity and they're not on the server. My email sending & receiving just fine. Don't know what the problem is.
