What is happening? Email has been out for at least 2 weeks. Please fix.

My access to email had been much improved for the past several days. However, this evening it was the same ongoing problem - I cannot access my comcast/xfinity email once again. This occured in the evening, as usual. Please repair.

As I noted last night, the problems have returned. In addition, it's 1:56 in the afternoon and the email access issues have already started. This is terrible!
