email is not working

Cannot send new emails, cannot  forward or reply to emails in the Inbox. Cannot open Sent, Junk, or any of my personal folders. Cannot click box to left of messages to open, move, delete or any other action.  This has been going on for over a week. I now have over 1500 emails that I can do nothing with.  Have many years worth of archives that I cannot access.

Problems as described still continues. I am tired of these issues with Comcast. I do expect a refund of my montlly payment for email since I have not been able to use it since at least November 15. Am wondering when Comcast will resolve these problems!
