email is not working

email is not working and has been very spotty for a week. Lots of reports on this problem. When are you going to fix it?

Email has been intermittent for multiple days. Just get the blue spinning ball when I try to open, close, send, receive, change from inbox to drafts, and add attachments. Tried "chatting" with Comcast and they said it was my browser or my box needing to be reset. There are no other issues with websites and I've tried multiple browsers (Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer) as well as both a Mac and a PC and it's just an email issue--not an issue with any other websites. They say there's nothing wrong with email on their end, but clearly there is. The internet is working fine--it's COMCAST EMAIL that isn't working.
