email is down

98010 comcast web page is working for TV ads and crap - but their email has been down since about midnight or 10 after midnight .. They say it is an outage - however , if that were the case their site would also be down - my guess is they were hacked & all of the customers private info is now in the hands of the hackers?. Odd how comcast charges for excellent service yet I don't see excelent service very often.. ( when I say service I mean the quality of their product) the people answering the phones are usually pretty great - not their fault the product s faulty..

out in Dover NH - not the "time out " message but "cannot find host" message - can open my inbox on the Comcast site but clicking on an email does nothing
