email has been down since yesterday

I open comcast.net but when I click on the email icon, I get a blank screen.

Once again, I could not access my email through Xfinity comcast.  As I mentioned yesterday, this occurs around 4:00 p.m. daily and lasts throughout the evening.  Please fix this problem.
