have 3 separate accounts with comcast, can't access any of them
I'm experiencing the same thing. Where are you? I just talked with comcast and they are blaming the wifi I m connected to, or the security settings on it, although I've been connected to it for over six weeks and it just started today around 10 a.m. Not getting any mail.
Same, this has got to be a problem on comcast's end.
St. Petersburg Florida. I can access the Xfinity page but can't get Comcast email since about 2PM. It is 4:30 EDT time now. Just a rotating arrow in the page tab saying "connecting."
I just checked and mine has mysteriously been restored. In reading other earlier comments, it sounds like this is common and Comcast won't admit it is their problem. I'm in L.A. Thanks for the reply and hope yours comes back again. Cheers!
It's 1AM in Florida and still no email. I have tried different computers on different networks. It isn't me it's Comcast. Don't you love it when they won't be honest. They've probably had a thousand calls but everybody has a WiFi problem. Must be a meteor shower.
You think you have problems, I havn't received an email since July 20, 2013.I received a call from comcast that their having problems throughout their system. I have thunderbird but it is the third party through comcast. Can I set up thunderbird or gmail direct without going through comcast?
