www.comcast.net will load but when email clicked-the page won't load.

My email won't load. The site comes up but won't load my email and i am expecting email with information on going to pick up a rescue today. Why do i pay them so much for service in advance, yet something is always not working and I can't reach a representative
Same problem. Called twice. Still can't load email. Are we the only people with this problem.
