I cannot delete emails, email anyone or use the feature of going on to the next email to read them. I have to use the back button and go back and forth
that way. I have tried everything I can to repair my computer. This has been going on for the last week and a half.

I am having the exact same problem! When is Comast going to get their act together and resolve this? So, are they going to credit our billing to make up for this major issue??!!!! Blasted Comcast...gettting fed up with their high prices and always so many issues!!!
