Email!

Xfinity comcast account through the web is completely empty - no emails at all.

 

In addition, on three apple devices we own, sometimes an email only shows on one device, not the other two.  What happened?

This is my second email tonight and it's the same as last night and all the nights before for months.  I have probably only be able to get online after 4:00 about 4 times in the last several months.   I keep noting this to no avail.  Can I call you about this problem for an adjustment in my bill to reflect minimal service?
