Customer service reps. NOT answering the phone...been on hold for 25 minutes.

Can see my inbox but can't access emails in southern Vermont.
This is totally unacceptable. How hard is it to keep some servers running. Granted they have a lot of servers but they also have an army of employees. Get someone who knows what's going on out of bed and get the doggone email fixed. Is Xfinity going to give everyone some kind of refund for this outage. People RELY on EMAIL every day. FIX THE EMAIL GUYS. You call yourself programmers... well get programming!
