When anyone sends an email to my boss' account (teambergy@comcast.net) comcast account - they receive a postmaster message saying sending failed. Also, when he tries to access his account it says "Access requires Comcast High Speed Internet" ---which he already has. It is vitally important that he get access to his email - he has already been to the local office with no help, and made several support calls and no one seems to be able to fix it - HELP
I can't receive or send emails? Why is this happening and how can you fix it? Looking at my blackberry and I can't get onto my emails. Nor from my blackberry can I send emails. Please help
After several calls to comcast and 10 hours later, my boss finally connected with someone who knew of this issue and had it fixed in minutes -- COMCAST will fix it-- its just a long annoying process of finding the right comcast tech
