I am having the same problem.
I was having the same issue on my PC. Tried logging in on my smartphone and was able to get in.
Thanks Jess!! I viewed my bill using my phone. I tried again today to login using my computer but it didn't work. I tried clearing the browser history. Hope they get it fixed soon.
I haven't been able to login either. I plan to call Comcast tomorrow.
