Unsupported protocol
The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite. This is likely to be caused when the server needs RC4, which is no longer considered secure.

SAME PROBLEM - still exists 8/6/2016 - I have used Chrome, Mozilla, IE and spent HOURS with Tech Support and never get a response back. This has to be a MAJOR problem.
