I haven't been able to send or receive email for over a week now. I'm so tired of comcast.
I feel your pain. With what we pay, this is ridiculous!
It's like atleast once a week it's down. And of course they don't pro rate bill even though they know it's in your area. You have to call in order to get them to do anything. Actually my bill have gone up by about five dollars the last two months. Time to look somewhere else foe service.
I've had so many problems with Comcast.net the past 19 years, it would not be possible to explain it all here. Billing errors, service down, charging for items I don't have, customer service telling me that it was something else, and on and on. After our association contract expires (in a couple years), I'm going for a different service.
