I'm in the same boat. You can't login to Pay Comcast bill!!!! FIX IT PLEASE!!!! They also took down the chat with rep. So you can't do that. Hold time on phone to talk to someone, I waited 45 min. still on hold.

whith no warnings, or explanations, or errors.
