Cannot receive email for 48+ hours!

I have not been able to receive even one email from my Comcast service in more than 48 hours. As a 14 year+ user, it would have been great if they'd been honest. There's a nationwide server outage, which thy just came clean on today. They should have let their customers know. Especially at the holidays - but at any time - not having access to your email is damaging to your business, difficult personally - you can't even get informaton on gifts you've ordered, let alone more critical issues. And not one person has offered any type of break on the bill. On top of that, a rep sent me to a tech support number they don't even have anymore after I was on the phone with him for 60 minutes. Finally, the automated survey call I opted in for today called me back - and then wouldn't take any comments - it just went blank. Wow Comcast - terrible customer service!

I have not received new email since December 10. Have tried 3 different browsers, deleted temp files and cache, checked all user preferences and settings, ran AVG and Malwarebytes, updated Firefox (my preferred browser). I've even tried to retrieve the email on 2 different computers, my cell phone, and iPad. Nothin'. Next step is to pray to St. Anthony that I find my lost emails and Comcast finds their lost customer service.
