Successful login to main site, going to "My Account" causes "Please Log In" splash screen.

I've found that logging in, then when the splash page comes up to go and log in again, just paste in this url:
https://customer.comcast.com/Secure/MyAccount
I tried this but it didn't work. Keeps looping to the splash screen anyhow.
