Cannot log in to Comcast Website to pay my bill

I have tried to log in several times to pay my bill online and a box pops up telling me to provide an updated email address for my account, when I do it kicks me out of my account only to have to wait for a confirmation email sent to me to do the same thing all over again. Extremely frustrating. I just want to pay my bill online as it is due today. This is not the first time I've had problems with the Comcast Website.

on going to http://comcast.com/payonline it returns a yellow page with the text below. What sub standard engineers you guys have to give customer an experience like this. Some one in your IT department must be FIRED !!!!!! I am not able to pay the bill and now you will freaking charge a late free. Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off". Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.
