At some point today (01/07/2014). I lost almost all connectivity to the web when using Xfinity's broadband service. When using Internet Explorer 11.0 I could not access any site. When using Mozilla Firefox 26.0 I have the ability to access some sites but not all. I cannot use Microsoft Outlook from Office Professional 2013 to send and receive messages and am using my Verizon mobile phone's Mobile Hotspot feature to get internet access to send this message otherwise I cannot access your site at all.

Terrible internet connection for the last two days. Running very slow and keeps dropping out. Try calling Comcast on hold for 45 minutes still no one to talk to. Earlier the system would simply hang up.
