I can sign in, but the site will not allow me to open my inbox or send a new email. This has gone on since yesterday.

iusing outlook client, can send, not receive mail since noon today. Reset od Explr 10 browser allowed access to mail via comcast site.
I bought a new phone, a LG Spirit that runs the Android 4.0.4 OS. When I first set it up I had no trouble setting up the email to my Comcast account but now it will not conncet and I keep trying and I get the message, Cannot conect to Server. Try again latter. I have tried multible times but keep getting the same message. I downloaded the Outlook app and set it up with no problem but I would prefer to use the email app that is on the Android OS. Do you have any suggestions as to why this is happening?
