Every time I try to access comcast email account I get the error message " Access Requires High Speed Internet" - NEED TO ACCESS EMAIL!!!

Been days for us here, they said it was on our end, then we had too many email accounts, however according to yet another tech, been down since 7/12... regardless annoying and frustrating... wonder why I dont just keep a gmail, yahoo or other email.
I have same problem - cannot access email & get the same error message. No support from Comcast. Issue since Sun Jul 14.
Also get the following message in Microsoft outlook: enter your network password - I am not on a network
Any suggestions?

Keep calling until you get someone that knows what they are doing...took me hanging and recalling, but online again

No clue, but she knew what she was doing...the others claimed it was my settings... Too many email accounts.. To wait a while it will fix itself..etc. The lady that helped me was not filtering a script so to say
