Unable to login yeaterday and today using IE - Finally logged in by installing Firefox

Finally had to call and talk with customer support - unable to assist in finding a solution.  I had to download nad install Firefox. Eventually loaded, but can fail to go to pages. 

The previous version was horrible and this one continues to be unusable.  Dealing with Citibank online is a misery - slow and unreliable.
