Also swears this was not a hacking, as has been reported, but planned updates that went south.   Frankly, I'd prefer to be told that they were hacked; being told that something their IT group meant to do got maggotted up so badly that it shut the joint down for what will end up being nearly three days makes me think my money might be safer in my mattress.
