Site Won't Let Me Access My Account

When I try to log in, I get this message: "We've encountered an issue." When I try to contact Customer Service by phone at the number listed after the error message OR at the number listed on my card, the call goes only so far through the computerized process but then won't connect to any help. So, I don't think it's just the site that's down. The phone system is also down. They must be having BIG problems.
