Site down I paid via phone fee waived

I called the 1800 number on the back of my card and the customer service person waived the fee to pay by phone due to online site down. I would have not paided the fee and of course they have to waive the fee or no one would pay via phone. If your bill is due make a call to cover yourself. The site as per customer service would be up in a few hours est 4pm
