I was just looking for a balance on my credit card, which I usually can also get through their automated phone line, and the website also told me to call the phone line, so that's what I did. I pushed all of the same buttons that I normally do, and it took me to a recording of a woman saying "Thank you for your patience. Due to our technical service updates, no one is available to answer your call right now." Please try again in three hours. Gah! The bureaucracy defeats me tonight.
