Returns Information Unrecognized

I cannot logon to the MyCiti site or iPad app. In both cases I receive an error that the information is not recognized. If I reset the password it works only one time. After logging out and attempting to re-enter it returns the information not recognized error. Citi customer service and support have no clue what is going on. I have called three times to try and rectify. At this point it is likely to be better to get a credit card through the local credit union and abandon these huge targets of cyber attacks.
