Haven't been able to log in to Citibank for awhile now

The site repeatedly keeps telling me that one of the information I input is incorrect (login or password), even though I know I'm entering the right information. If they don't get their act together soon, my payment will be late. I had this same problem with my wife's account and it resulted in a past-due situation. Citibank better not hold us responsible for their screw-up!
